This is the best Sea Salt hands down! It has a light gentle flavor that doesn't overpower your cooking or baking (and yes, I even use this in frostings!). It's not just "salty" it is flavorful. Great on everything. I keep mine in a saltbox so it's easy to pinch what I need, or measure per a recipe. It's truly a gentle, flavorful salt that will enhance anything you make with it!

The best sea salt for bread baking. Bought a different salt brand to save a little money, but went back to this one after my baked goods started getting a gritty texture from the new salt. Yes, it's not cheap, but it is worth it. I love this salt's ability to dissolve into my baked goods and give it a consistent, pleasant flavor throughout. This is the only salt I'll be using in my baking from now on.
