I got these Melts Healthy Gut strips for myself and honestly, I’ve started to feel a real difference. My digestion feels lighter and I don’t feel as bloated after meals anymore. The berry flavour is refreshing and the strips are so convenient to carry and have on the go. It’s become part of my daily routine now, small change, but it’s really helped me feel better overall.

For short term use it is effective but on prolonged use benefit is not pronounced. May be higher potential doses required where prolonged uses felt necessary.

’ve been using these oral strips for 6 months, and they’ve worked really well. My IBS, anxiety, burping, and cramps have almost completely gone, and even my sleep quality has improved. The only issue I face is reduced hunger, otherwise it’s an excellent product for gut health.

It was all round a decent product. It didn't really massively help me, maybe cause I have a severe case and this one is better for daily maintenance of gut health. Preferably go for the daily slow probiotic capsules.
