Works well but don’t count on remote
Beautiful and works well. The crystals could be better attached, I have had someone gently accidentally touch a crystal which immediately fell to the floor and cracked. Also the remote has absolutely no range, I have to be within 2 feet of the fan to use it. But the fan works well, is very quiet, and is exactly as pictured.

Looks Great. Easy Enough To Install
Quiet and looks as it does in the photos here on Amazon. It balances perfectly with a few tries but really wasn't bad even without trying.Couple of notes:The remote sensor is quite large. Not sure why in 2025 it needs to be that big, but it is. It fits in the housing, but barely and only after some effort. The instructions do not help. They barely mention it and it's not even shown on the diagram.The crystal balls/strings require assembly. No real instructions but use your best judgement and make it yours. They can be moved once installed.Overall though, we're happy and it looks good. So far, so good.

The most frustrating experience ever on an amazon purchase. Hired someone to install, it arrived and when he got to the crystals, which is the last thing you do, 9 of the smaller crystals needed to hang the balls were missing. A replacement was sent some 7 days later and it not only was missing those same amounts of hanging ones, all but one of the balls had damage. Worse is while it is pretty, the subpar materials get a little hidden when hung, it does very little in the way of cooling, even on the highest setting. Went in circles with the manufacturer. I did not want yet a third fan given 2 already were defective. I also did not order this just for looks. Would not recommend this one to anyone. Feel stuck with it, it is in my ceiling. was very expensive to have installed. Save yourself the headache, look for a different fan. I'm in over 270 with install, fan, battery and lights..
