This fully supports the 120 hz it was advertised to do, and I haven't had any problems with it so far. Colors: out of the box upon turning the monitor on, it was about average, maybe slightly above average, and it was nothing special. However, when I turned on the HDR setting in the monitor's settings, I was completely blown away at how good the colors were. It definitely has a 4000:1 contrast ratio and peeforma especially well while gaming. The blues were especially vibrant and the darks get very dark. Gaming performance: The advertised "1ms response time" seems to be correct, and there is a noticeable change from my old monitor which had a 12ms response time. That combines with the 4000:1 contrast ratio and 120 hz makes this very ideal for gaming, and can compete even with the higher end monitors for $500+. One downside is that this monitor does have some noticable ghosting, so I would recommend turning off motion blur (in the games settings) if you are planning on using this monitor for gaming. A couple people mentioned a dead pixel on their monitor. Personally, I did not have any dead pixels, but you may want to keep that in mind when purchasing a monitor for this price.
