I’ve been taking Igennus Vitamin C Complex for years now, and I’ve been really happy with it. It feels like a high-strength, quality supplement, and I do think it has made a difference over time. My immune system used to be quite low, and although I’ve taken it alongside other supplements, I believe this has definitely helped support and build up my immune system. As with any supplement, consistency is key, and you need to give it time to work. My only downside is the price. I have a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa (don't look it up if you want to hold down your lunch, though mine is a mild case). It's a rare and not particularly treatable disease. I've tried many different solutions without much success, but I heard from some fellow sufferers that zinc can help. I researched various zinc supplements before this to find the best formulation, and this is the best I found, especially since it has copper included; if you take zinc on its own without the copper included here, it can potentially deplete your copper stores which can lead to serious health problems, so it's important that this supplement sidesteps that. Anyway, I definitely think it's helped significantly - I'm not going to pretend it cured me or anything, but I'm confident it has reduced my flare-ups.

Have taken these particular brand Igennus Dual Chelated Zinc for years now, always make sure my vitamin pills & potions cupboard in kitchen has plenty of these in stock. They're excellent & assist with all kinds of bodily functions, aswel as for bones, skin & healing, its importance is endless.. A vital mineral bound with its best friend Copper, both precious minerals for balance for our bodies. Truly convinced that the Copper intake has staved off the grey hairs on my bean!

Wanted to give a proper review for this as it may help some people out. Will divide it into good and bad The Good: Potent af✔️comparable to Sarms, for anyone thats taken them before. Noticeable changes even when not lifting frequently✔️I spend some days sedantry. Im also nearly 40, and these tablets are counteracting my lazy arse because of the zinc/testosterone. E.g im losing body fat min maxing basically🤷🏿‍♂️ Very affordable✔️! 3 months supply for less than 20quid? Yes please lol What else? Well, ive taken probably every steroid there is when I was younger. Proper lil lab rat. Anyway, these are the closest ive had to any oral steroid. IMO. Ive done deca, dbol, tnt300(test&tren blend. Lots of different test cycles etc. Im not encouraging steroid use btw. Im just saying what I did previously and these tablets have similar effects to real steroids due to the testosterone boost. The bad? IRRITABILITY! jesus. My side effects on injectables/orals was always irritability. Kinda like I want to rip someones head off😭. Luckily for me im aware of it. But tbh any supplements that boost testerone turn me into an angry mofo so idk. My overall verdict is take these if you want a boost in test and results in the gym.
