The 21+ free formula is vegan, breathable, gluten-free and cruelty-free. How to use: apply any kur base coat, add 1 to 2 coats of lakur, let each layer dry fully, then seal with a kur top coat. Reapply top coat every 3 to 4 days to extend wear. 0.4 fl oz (12 mL). Made in the USA.
