I’m really happy with this protein powder. It mixes pretty easily and has great taste and texture. I mix by hand with almond milk, adding plain yogurt and an egg.

The protein is great. What caught me off guard was the bits of strawberry mixed in with the powder. It is not bad. However i would say the protein is on the sweeter side so if you are not a fan of that. I would avoid it. Clumpiness is not too bad. Just like with all protein, there will always be some kind of clumpiness but it still taste great.

For starters, it’s a great protein powder on a bulk. It’s focused more on tasting good then having as good of a calorie to protein ratio as most (This is close to 9 calories per gram as opposed to the 5-6 a lot of powders have) which is perfectly fine if you’re on a bulk, and just want some good tasting protein. I really only have one problem with this, and it’s the little strawberry bits in there. I bought 5 pounds of it assuming it was just some better tasting Whey- Casein mix that’d be less chalky- and it was almost perfect, but having those little bits of solid in a protein shake just make it hard to stomach for me, it feels nasty when something solid is in something I’m drinking, and there’s tons of it! I’ve had issues with it in other powders before, but that was from my own error of not reading “cookie bits” in the description, but here I just wish it was mentioned somewhere. It mixes great, but it doesn’t feel like it because I have little chunks sliding into my mouth the whole time I’m drinking it, which just about ruins the whole texture for me. Overall it’s tasty and would highly recommend if you don’t have issues with that texture like I do

I used muscle milk for 10-years while stationed in Afghanistan. Now the doctors have me taking it because during my old age because I am losing too much muscle mass and not enough protein intake. I use it in an electric blender, with a banana or strawberries, some milk (I should use soy or other type of non-dairy product), so there is no clumping, and makes a great breakfast replacement meal for me. It would be nice if the price was less, but it might mean less quality; therefore, this is a good value when compared other premade protein drinks.

I have tried many protein powders over the years, and this is my favorite. Great texture, blends easily, and the strawberry flavor is a winner. Just re-ordered.

Three stars because of what I show in the video. Absolutely ridiculous. They want us to waste powder trying to dig to the bottom to get the scoop. Be smart and use the scoop from your last container and just use that until you find the scoop for the current container. Problem is, I was using a scoop from the 50 g protein powder. Just now finding the scoop and the strawberries and cream I can see that they are different sizes and the strawberries and cream has a much smaller scoop. Not that it matters but be aware if you are using the scoop from a previous batch. This is not the first time this has happened either. This is just the first time that I’ve taken the time to write a review about it. I took a video of it before and was going to write a review and forgot. This time it was even more ridiculous than that time so I had to post this! I love their protein powder though it is delicious and it works!

I've been using the Muscle Milk Genuine protein powder in Strawberries and Cream for a while now, and overall I've had a pretty good experience. I wanted to try different ways of using it, you know, instead of just a regular shake, and I was pleasantly surprised. My favorite way to drink it was with oat milk. It mixed much better than with water and the texture was smooth and easy to drink. The strawberries and cream flavor tastes natural, not too sweet, not artificial. I also added it to different fruit smoothies, and it blended in nicely without overpowering the fruit. I even tried it with blended watermelon, and it gave the drink a creamier, smoothie-like consistency that I really enjoyed. I even poured it over a bowl of cereal instead of regular milk, and that actually ended up being one of my favorite ways to use it. It made breakfast feel more filling and was an easy way to get extra protein. The only downside for me was that it didn't mix as well with plain water. The flavor and texture just weren't as enjoyable in water as they were with oat milk or in a smoothie. One other thing I noticed is that I experienced diarrhea after starting to use it. I can't say for sure that it caused it, but it's something I noticed and thought it was worth sharing. If you're looking for a protein powder that tastes good and doesn't have that chalky texture, I'd definitely try it.
