This protein is hands-down the best tasting I've ever had. I've tried so many protein powders, and this is leagues ahead of Syntha-6 in regards to taste. It's a vanilla flavor with a bit of something I can only describe as sweet. If you've ever had a cotton candy Blizzard from DQ, this tastes similar to that actually. I also use milk to mix with.I paid the premium to get some extra protein content and amino acids with this stuff, and I'd say it's worth it. I only wish it had some creatine as well, I feel like for the price it should. But this is a well-known brand, so I feel okay paying what I did. I was afraid the high protein content would lead to poor taste or mixability, but it really surprised me with how smoothly this powder mixes up with a shaker bottle and some milk.

It was hard to write this review because normally this is an EXCELLENT product. I've used this in the chocolate flavor for 17 years. I don't like the vanilla at all. I previously bought it to try in my green smoothies and incredibly hated it. I'd guzzle some and chase it with water fast. It made it too thick to drink in thr smoothie. Amazon accidentally sent me the wrong flavor and since it's not returnable gave me my money back. When I opened it not realizing it was vanilla I was surprised and also noted immediately that it was a dark yellow instead of light and the smell is of chemicals and plastic. I mixed it to confirm that something was wrong with it and definitely something bad happened to it in processing so I'm hoping to be able to contact the company to make them aware. I'm now worried about purchasing chocolate and started using a different brand. Their protein to carb ratio, low sugar and fat is phenomenal. Dymatize I found locally and it's great too so I'm torn. I say try it and if it doesn't taste bad you'll know it's a good one.

Mixes with milk or water, you can even add it to juice. Vanilla is my favorite as I can add so much with it strawberries, oatmeal, peanut butter or any other type of fruit. I put it in my bullet and then drink what I want and freeze what I don’t and eat it later as a snack. Your hair and skin becomes amazing!!

mixed well in blender, and ball shakers But with all powders its best to add in after the fruits, greens etc and liquid your using have been smoothied and then add protein then low speed mix 20-30 seconds count (after a swirl has formed) so not to have a lot of froth

pro complex is great!!! working out is an everyday essential for me and pro complex has way more protein than the others with 7.5 bcaa’s for recovery and a whole list of nutrients great for your health.. This protein gets you lean muscles and an increase in strength

its greatlove that you can mix it with other fruts for an even better flavor
