Almost perfectly whst i need
My doctor wants me to take 6,000 units a day of D3 and these are 5,000 units, so almost perfect. I just wish they were available in 6,000 unit bottles.

I got this originally from a health food store practitioner and thought what's the difference between this and other vitamin Ds? But it is better, seems to absorb better for me- maybe because D is fat soluable and this comes in olive oil capsule
