LALISU Farmhouse Tall Pole Standard Floor Lamp, Linen Lampshade Lamp, White

This comes in a flat box and I found assembly straight forward and took only a few minutes. Well made and the base is heavy enough to ensure the lamp remains stable. One thing I didn’t read in other reviews is you have to assemble the shade. Again pretty straightforward and I feel the shade looks more expensive than it was. Finally the bulb which is included gives a nice warm glow. Very happy with my purchase.

Timber top stem looks good in my lounge as does the linen effect shade. Better than expected and not excellent but for £50, good enough. Assembly's ingenious design allows for a small flat pack (how did they do that I wondered as the postman delivered a small box?). Don't expect a luxury item only a good functional chair reading light. Check the shade height, it is not standard lamp height

I have mixed feelings about this product. I appreciate it has been well thought out, designed well, however, the manufacturing let's it down. It arrived in a small box, which surprised me, there are 4 parts to the pole that screw together, however, if you look at my photo you will see the wooden ones, and the most noticeable part, doesn't align. This has annoyed me quite a bit. I think had they screwed together seamlessly I wouldn't have a problem with this product at all. It's competitively priced for a floor lamp and it otherwise seems to be of good quality, although, the light pull seems a little cheap and is not exactly as the one pictured. I've bought a designer lampshade for it, which I am hoping will distract the eye from the pole. Really, it would be better if the wood section were one longer piece; it's been designed to fit into a small box, perhaps before thinking this needs to be right when it's assembled and in the customers home for years to come. It's a shame really as it's almost there.

For what they are the lamps would seem good value. However, we have purchased three of these and two are faulty. The metal rod that forms the upright pole of the lamp is meant to screw onto a heavy metal base. There is a screw thread sticking out of the base for this. The issue is that we have three lamps and two of them have a larger thread on the base which is too big for the rod. It simply doesn’t fit (see photos)! One of the lamps is fine but two are faulty. I can’t go on buying these in the hope of finding another that works so I’m afraid they are all going back and I’ll buy a different product. It looks to me they have used a batch of the wrong bases so it’s luck of the draw if your works! Personally I wouldn’t risk it.

easy to put together even includes a bulb . Only quibble is that the shade is solid Black and the image shows a nice hint of gold . Stil does what it says on the box and has a small profilr base and the chain to turn on is nice ,easier to find in the dark than fiddling around with your foot. Shade is flat pack by the way but easy if you have a good worktop top roll it on for assembly . no glue has clips on fabric
