How to charge the 12 volt 7 ah rechargeable battery?

We recommend using a charger specifically designed for LiFePO4 batteries, with a charging voltage of 14.6V ± 0.2V.

Can I use the charger for my sealed lead-acid(SLA) battery to charge the LiFePO4 battery?

Due to differences in charging logic, we do not recommend using a lead-acid battery charger to charge lithium iron phosphate batteries for extended periods. You may use a lead-acid battery charger to charge lithium batteries in an emergency.

What should I do if the battery voltage is 0V and it won't charge?

You can connect a charged battery in parallel ("+“ to ”+“, ”-“ to ”-“) with a battery that is at 0V (or cannot be charged). The BMS system will automatically activate as the voltage rises, at which point the battery can be recharged again.
