The capsules from Amazon are smaller and slightly lighter in color than the ones in the smaller bottle by the same brand from my doctor. The nutrition labels are the same, so I trust I am getting the same vitamin potency. As I said, these are a bit smaller than the 90 count I purchased from my doctor, so they are easier to swallow. I found that if I take them with a warm beverage, they go down easier. I have trouble with larger vitamins feeling like they stick in my throat or stomach, and since these are capsules, they dissolve more quickly than a solid vitamin does. They irritate my stomach slightly unless I take them with food.
