Best thing I bought for my move! After wrestling with uncooperative hand trucks, heavy boxes, and odd-sized items that didn't fit in boxes, I bought this and moving got super easy! Even piled high it maneuvered with one hand, leaving the other free to open doors and press elevator buttons. It came with the wheels already installed on the platform (thank goodness) and all that's required for assembly are a few steps connecting the rail sections and the canvas liner. I used zip ties before attaching the cord since I intended to move some pretty heavy objects. The instructions were short, simple and easy to follow, even for someone like me who rarely assembles anything. It took about 15 minutes total. I used the delivery box to cover the floor, you'll need to turn the cart upside down once the rails are attached to lock them. Easy peasy! I hope this thing lasts a long time--I love it! It doesn't fold up, so I'll be putting it in my storage unit--where it will hold lots of stuff while waiting to be used again!

This cart holds up for my laundry. We've had it awhile now and I have zero complaints

The wood on the inside overlapped the hole that was meant for the main structure, making it not able to be built. And I cannot return it since the “return window” is over. Thanks.

The basket directions were clear, thorough and easy to follow. Predrilled holes lined up easily and nothing had to be adjusted for assembly. Finished product turned out exactly as expected.

Not nearly as robust as the Royal Basket brand we have, but for half the price, I can’t complain. It’s not super sturdy, and can’t be lifted by the top or it’ll come apart. But it holds laundry and easily rolls around which is what we bought it for.

This 12 bushel size service cart is great. Hardwood platform with hefty casters and solid steel upright frame. With a 600lb rating this will hold pretty much anything you can put into it. Obviously, you want to avoid putting anything with sharp pointy corners/edged in it. The basket material is, after all, a vinyl fabric. It's strong but it's not impervious to everything. Easy to keep clean. Even fully loaded it rolls easy. I have all three sizes of these service carts - this being the smallest one and boy oh boy are these handy. Clearly something this size will come flat packed and you will have to put it together. All you need is a hammer. It comes with all the needed hardware and the casters are already attached. Takes about 15 minutes to assemble. Really good quality on all parts. Useful for so many things ... use your imagination. Considering it's quality and utility I consider this to be a great bargain. I like to order a lot of items from amazon, and this bulk basket is perfect for lugging them all to my house. It's really easy to put together, and easy to store. The cloth on it is nice and thick too so it doesn't tear.
