An OTC solution!
Incredibly effective. I don't then easy to use, easy to wash off (cuz you have to touch them, you know?), and I stay feeling less... Irritated very quickly. Thank goodness for these things!

Fantastic product
Fantastc product. My husband and I used this product years ago. It really worked to take care of the hemorroid suffering. We could not find it here in the USA. Currently having this problem. Looking at Amazon and lo and behold--Anusol Suppositories and products. Ordered, received and used. So much relief.... Thank you Amazon. Thank you Anusol.

Huge Relief During Pregnancy
I was hesitant to try these because of some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I did. I purchased these after my insurance refused to cover the prescription version from the pharmacy. I am currently pregnant and dealing with a very painful thrombosed hemorrhoid, so I was trying to avoid taking unnecessary medications and was nervous about what to use. I am now on my 7th dose, and the improvement has been significant. My pain went from a constant 9/10 where I could barely sleep or move comfortably, to about a 2–3/10 with mostly pressure remaining. The packaging was good and I had no issues opening the individual suppositories. I found that applying a small amount of Prep H to the suppository made insertion much easier. I also took a warm shower beforehand since I was having a difficult time using a sitz bath. Taking slow breaths and exhaling while inserting it helped me relax and made the process easier. I was expecting these to be messy based on some reviews, but that has not been my experience. Overall, this product has been a huge help during a very uncomfortable situation, and I’m glad I decided to give it a try despite my initial hesitation.

Expensive, and not the most soothing. Go for the Preparation H first.

Works well. For me in 20-30min after administration
I have only used this once so far. Feeling pressure & pain from internal hemorrhoids. Easy to administer. Took about 20-30 minutes to get relief. If you haven't used it before be aware you will have some chalk-ish looking poo with your regular bowl movement.

The reviews about packaging and using this product are inaccurate.
The negative review concerning use of this product are far off the mark. They don't fall apart, the package is very easy to open and, while it is only the first day, Anusol appears effective at reducing pain.
