wheres the battery compartment?

Not sure you can change the battery; have a little booklet that says the phone has a undetachable battery . Shows a picture that says you can’t change the battery. Try charging the battery for 30 minutes. That what the booklet said to do. Hopefully this will work!

Anyone else having issues with service not working very good? Seems to always be buffering. I use t mobile and others phones work fine with my SIM
