You get 3 pair and with high impact hourly walks every morning, one pair lasted a month before I had to change them out. Love and will keep ordering them as needed!!! ### ⭐⭐ adhesive no good after single use *by J***F on February 1, 2018* Wouldn’t stay in place...adhesive no good after single use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ They work, they’re cheap *by T***N on February 1, 2018* As a cyclist, I’ve recently developed what’s called “hot foot”, a burning sort of between my toes, & a feeling like I just kicked a brick wall with my bare feet is how I guess I’d describe it. It only seemed to happpen on longer rides, closer to 2 hours. Did some research & metatarsal inserts seemed to be the recommended solution. So I bought these & they seemed to solve my problem! The only thing I don’t like about them is that they don’e seem to like to stay in the same position in my shoes when I remove the shoes, so I’ve got to remove the line, & re-place the cushion onto the shoe lines, then reinsert the liner into the shoe. I mountain bike mostly, as such & get dirt in my shoes. These are silicone & attract dirt. When the get dirty, they really struggle staying in position.
