The handle is a bit unstable.

Tea and coffee hot for ages!
This has changed how I drink tea and coffee at work as the standard mugs let the drink get cold quickly. With this tea and coffee stay hot for potentially hours which means you can sip at your own pace.Be careful of tea or teas without milk as these stay particularly hot! Leaving the sliding door open lets the drink cool gradually.Be aware that the cup isn't leak proof so not great for drinking on the go and that the cup itself is hand wash only.

From a flask perspective it’s kept my drink/soup warm for hours! Only downside is the width doesn’t quite fit my cars holder.

You might wanna try another brand?
My only gripe is that the handle comes loose after a while. It's not fallen off yet but it does wobble. I'll try Klean Kanteen for my next thermal mug to see the difference in quality between the two brands. And they really are just brands; both are made in China or Taiwan.
