Can this be used on color treated hair?

I cannot answer this question because I never received the product that I ordered. It was delivered to the reception desk in my building on 7/22/18 at 10:41 am. I verified this with the post office for my address. I also complained to the security company, Winfield Security here in NYC and spoke to the Account Representative for my building 351 E 61st St, NYC 10065 The individual, Josh Morales never got back to me. I have now complained to the Better Business Bureau of NYC.
