purchased in 09/2017; battery died 2 month ago. where can i get a replacement ?

Yes.  The site offers replacement batteries for $70, I assume it's the same.  I got one in 2020 and mine just failed.  The five-year warranty doesn't extend to the batteries.

Question 2

How is the illumilflow 272 pro different? is it really worth the extra money or does the illumiflow 272 work fine?

Not only did it not work, it cause photodamage to my skin, scalp and eyes.  Used it for only 3 weeks.  My eye doctor confirmed eye injury consistent with laser damage and noted skin damage around my eyes (deep creases, lower lid swelling) also consistent with photo damage from laser.  This device is dangerous and not safe.  The one size fits all cap is too big and the laser lights will reflect off your phone screen (if using your phone with the cap on) directly into your eyes and on your facial skin.  It got much worse after one charge and my scalp burned like it was on fire.  Will cause laser injury.  Illumiflow refunded my money but deducted a 5% restocking charge.

Question 3

Is there benefit to wearing every day or best every other day?  Went on website but didn’t see how to register my product?

Accepted Answer

Many websites say every day does not provide an increased benefit.  The science is that the lasers are stimulating hair follicles to increase blood flow that then keeps the follicle healthy, so you might research that.  I use this cap every other day and it has definitely reduced my hair loss.  To register the product, email ("contact us") the company and start a conversation.  They can help walk through steps needed for issues.  I've found their email response and service to be good.

Question 4

Is this dual voltage, so it can be used overseas?

Not on it's own. May be able to use a converter to charge battery.  Otherwise battery charge will last for a few 20+ minute sessions
