Review: Trip down memory lane - I bought this book to have a hard copy of two of the short stories that my late mother Ida wrote. Re-reading them was a lovely experience. Delighted to see that the book is still in limited print. Review: Special Caribbean Gem - I am of caribbean origin, and i read this book when i was 9. i love it,and i always wanted a copy of my own to keep in my library. I would reccommend it to anyone who simply loves to read and appreciates different cultures. The quality is excellent, i am quite pleased with the product, and the promised delivery date.

Backfire
Read this book in middle school in 1976. Awesome book for middle and high school. Students can learn moral lessons and consequences for their actions. What you sow you will reap. Still remember the stories today. I think I will use it with my 9th graders this school year (2012-2013).

Short stories
My daughter has read through half the book already and realises that the Caribbean islands don't all speak the same dialect. Great writing by some great Caribbean Authors. LP
