Good product - This is a replacement because I broke the plastic clip on the previous ones.

I tried to clamp these to my father's new hearing aids to prevent loss, but the body of the hearing aid (Phonak Infinios) where they illustrated to put it was too large for the elastic hoops on the ends to fit. They also would have interfered with some of the electronics. As he had already lost one a few months back, we opted to put the whole hearing aid through the hoop so that they were more toward the wire than the body of the aid. It works , and he doesn't have to take the bands off when he puts them in the charger at night.

i like how the clip works on the collar because it lays flat when its closed. all the other ones i tried the clip remains in the up position and get's gnarly in the shirt collar. also the loops are large enough but not too big. if you look closely, you can see how the loop can slip over on the buttons of the hearing aid and rest in the middle so that the buttons work. in my case i have these in-ear molds and so i have to slip the clip over the actual hearing aid. Even it the rubber loop slips off the loop is not so big that the earing aid falls out. i tried several different types of these and all of them were nearly impossible for me to open the loops and insert the hearing aid
