This fan is so cool it comes with a remote and a mount to the wall if you want the case on the wall so you don’t loose it. It has so many different speeds and settings 3 different light modes. You can put it on a timer . It’s soooo nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that when the fan is on and lights are off I. Price the light slightly flickering so I don’t know if that will continue or stop but we shall see.

Fan is perfect for my bedroom. Love the airflow and different light settings. The remote control is my favorite part about the fan because I no longer have to move out from the comfort of my bed to adjust fan speed or lighting.Definitely pleased with this purchase

well ordered and received quite quickly from amazon, installed on the ceiling and the last step is to install the acrylic light cover well when taking out of the package the light cover had a hole in it, so I called amazon and they wanted me to disassemble pack it back in the box and return for a replacement well the fan works great and took three hrs of my time to install so I asked if the manufacturer could just replace the lens so they gave me pochfan customer service e mail , according to there website 2 year warranty on all parts and 24/7 customer support to resolve your issues.. well I've written the email twice and have not got even an answer so I will wait a little longer but if no love will take it off the ceiling repack it and ask for a refund over a hole in a piece of plastic. and will file a complaint over your claims of 24/7 customer service. so disappointed on how this is being handled or should I say ignored. 24/7 should mean 24/7, *****well here is an update I have written pochfan an email to there supposed 24/7 customer service email provided by amazon everyday for two solid weeks now and still have had no response I've dropped the rating to one star (it should be zero) im calling on Amazon to drop this vendor or seller due to right out lying on there vendor page as there is zero customer service from this seller I also ask amazon to replace my fan and not offer me 10 dollars to look the other way that was insulting to say the least. I love my amazon and I just think vendors like this should be stripped from using your platform to lie in there ads still steaming at the thought of there pages claiming 24/7 customer service

I purchased this fan back in December 2023 and the remote is not working. I can't seem to find a replacement for it. Amazon says it's unavailable. Has this happened to anyone else, if so, is it resolved? Thank you!
