Hoberman Switch Pitch - Blue and Yellow

I started playing with the switch pitch with my landlord and 3 of my friends/roommates/coworkers. It was great fun playing as it flipped between yellow and blue, to and fro. THEN. THEN. THEN. It went blue twice...three times...ten...twenty...when it hit 50, I suddenly got an idea for a tech startup company. My friends and I got to work developing our product, which I will keep secret...for now. Long story short, we are now being pursued by a couple investment firms and hiring employees that can only be described as stallions. It’s the biggest thing since ROI (Radio on Internet). All thanks to the magic of the switch pitch. I would highly recommend.

got because of silicon valley, fun to play that game as well as a guessing game between kids, throw it to them and have them guess what the color will be. quality is good, kids have tried to bounce it a handful of times and it was hit the ground after being thrown up and dropped. still going strong after 50+ drops

The edges of most parts were slightly rough and sharp, and the color change was not very smooth. So I dismantled some of the parts, smoothed the edges, and oiled the moving parts. Now the color is changing very smoothly.

This is a fun little ball to throw up in the air while hanging out on the couch with my roommates. I bought it because of the TV show Silicon Valley. We try to see how many times we can get it to stay blue. The device itself seems well made and is interesting to just look at how it is intertwined.

Great gift for someone who likes Silicon Valley, but plastic is cheap and feels like it’s going to break in any second

...and in this case, that's a good thing. Throw this ball up and it and watch it turn inside out, changing color. I buy these for my great grand nephews and nieces. Fun!

We all got here the same way. We searched "always blue". We found a bunch of pads. We changed our search to "always blue ball". We found this. We bought it. We all discovered that, despite the hype, it is, in fact, occasionally yellow.

We watched the show Silicon Valley and always talked about getting the ‘always blue’ ball. I finally decided to get it for him for Christmas. He has been enjoying it a lot. For some reason I thought it was bigger, but that was just my imagination. Definitely a fun toy.
