It's roomy, allows for organization, it's comfortable, and the waterproof aspect is important as we are in the Seattle area and it's almost never not raining. The pack looks great, and works well for both of us.I did have an issue with the zipper with the first pack we ordered, and the process of getting it returned was a little annoying, but the seller got another pack out shortly and it worked out.The only thing I do find a bit annoying is the handle straps that go over the zipper at the top of the pack. If I Velcro them together I have to undo them each time to get into the back pack. If I leave them unVelcroed, they get tangled up with the shoulder straps so I can't just swing the pack on and off. If they were shorter, it might not be such an issue. The changing pad is huge and i like the extra insulated bag. I'm cautious about the zippers. I do see how the seams can rip if you're not careful. Also i do want to say that this bag is big and is made for serious hauling of more than one kid.
