Great stuff, Not quite like the real thing
Love it as an addition to soups and broths. If there's no time you can toss a spoon in hot water andhave a decent Barscz. There is nothing like taking a bunch of carrots and onions in a med pot and parboiling water over them several times, straining that beautiful golden onion carrot water over 3lb of sliced beets in a bigger pot on low-medium heat until that pot can't handle another drop. Add in your allspice, salt, pepper, dried mushrooms, dill and mustard seed.... mmmmmmm Never cook Barscz to even a simmer, low heat, if it bubbles, turn it off you'll ruin the color and flavor.

Perfect for work. Just use one teaspoon of powder to one cup of boiling water. Can add boiled eggs, herbs, sour cream. Last for long

Absolutely delicious. Great flavor. It arrived in bubble wrap and a box- very secure and protected. There was a surprise candy sample enclosed. Would totally buy from this seller again!!

Love it
This isn't borscht any more than chicken bullion is chicken soup, and it's not supposed to be. A powder does not a meal produce! I make borscht when I want it, and it's not so difficult that I try to buy it in bullion form. Please, if that's what you want, don't expect it to come out of this powder. Having said that, I love this product. I love it as a hot drink rather than drinking tea or hot chocolate. It's a comforting savory option. I originally bought it in a European market in North Carolina, but now that I'm living in ID, I'm glad to find it sold here!

Flavorless, dull, soapy... disgusting taste!
Have you ever tried the real BORSCHT?, native to Poland, Check Republic, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Israel? If you haven't - plz, do NOT buy this product! `Cause it actually kills the good name of the most popular soup in W&E Europe! One more thing, I have to add - the package reads not a word! in English! WTH!!! I mean, seriously, WHY? They sell this product in the US, don't they, right?! Is it too much to ask to translate the label into English!!! Stay away!
