Mercy Mass Market Paperback – August 26, 2014

This was a unique read for me. I didn't notice this was a mystery, if I had I wouldn't have gotten the book and the audio.I truly was guessing who the serial killer was right up until the last couple of chapters. Some of the side characters annoyed me so I just jumped over the paragraphs/pages. So much so that I missed something that happened, and I'm not sure if what I missed was something good...LOL...Usually I pay attention to the writing style, well I was so invested in to the "who done it" factor I wasn't paying any attention to it. If you like or love mystery suspense, I recommend this book. Great read.

Keep my interest thru the entire book

Again, I have read this book before. Been awhile, but just as good as the first time I read it. B.j. Daniel is an excellent writer and story teller. She makes one feel like you are right there with the story.

This book was beautifully written, had deep characters, great action and good plot devices. I wanted a more steamy book, but that's a personal preference, not at all a slam on how good this was.I loved how Ms. Daniel's unraveled the mystery, dropping more hints along the way. Yes, I solved it before the big reveal, but...I'm smart like that (she says shyly). No, I love being surprised but I also love figuring out who the killer is.I think I'm going to read the whole series, despite its lack of sexy.

Serial mysteries in Beartooth, Montana. Not cliff-hangers. The endings have just enough suspense to intrigue the reader into the next story.Believable characters, interesting and informative dialogue. Twisting story line that is easy to follow.I will re-read this story and always look forward to, pre-purchase when available, new works by this author.

Mercy is a western romantic suspense novel - the best kind. Rourke is a US Marshall who was partnered with Laura when they were cops in Seattle. Laura was wounded on the job and has a mysterious past. They get caught up in a series of murders and go to Beartooth, MT to investigate. There was a lot of suspense leading up to the twist at the end. It certainly kept my interest even though I guessed the twist. I would recommend this story and others by this author.

All 6 stories in this series are great. They each can be read as a stand alone book, but i loved reading them all in order. Totally enjoyed having some of the same characters in each book. This was a great mystery. Rourke is a US Marshal looking for a serial killer and Callie may be that person. Read about all the twists and turns. Keeps you guessing til the end.

Just the right amount of romance and suspense. A true mystery right to the end. All of the characters were easy to like.

I enjoyed reading this book in the baretooth series.I hope there are more to come. I would recommend it to anyone who has been reading this series.

Brilliant novel. Fast, pacey, strong characters, alongside an interesting storyline. Not what I was expecting! Expensive but worth it!

Although, I pre-ordered this book, I saved it until I had uninterrupted time to read it yesterday. I am glad that I followed my instincts. I am operating on 3 hours of sleep this morning but am still walking around with a smile on my face!The story took hold of me and I couldn't put it down. Second Sight made this story a winner!

I have to agree.. it kept me on the edge of my seat all through the story until the ending I couldn't believe how surprised I was of the ending, Mercy is an excellent and awesome story,I recommend to readers that they should by MERCY and read it.B.J. Daniels is an EXCELLENT Author

She has a way of getting you so involved in the story that you can't put it down. Love the characters and their stories a lot
