I received free product from SimpleHuman in exchange for services provided. And I'll admit I was completely skeptical about whether these little pods would do much of anything. Boy was I wrong. I didn't realize just how much smell they were neutralizing until I ran out. There's a mild citrus-like scent while the pod is working. I'm normally very anti-scent so it took a bit of adjusting on my part. Don't be deceived by the lightness of the scent, though, because a single pod easily neutralizes cat litter and baby diaper stink. A single pod lasts me about a month. Stocking up now so I don't run out again!

Finally found something to control the kitchen garbage can smell. The stink is from the cat food cans. No option there or on the pouches. Tried several different stick ups, coffee beans in the bottom, baking soda all without odor control. Well these Super Human trash deodorizers work! Nice scent, light, a bit citrus buy not at all cloying, and doesn’t smell when the lid is closed. Some mention it not staying stuck on. I washed the surface, then cleaned with window spray (I know, but it works) and stuck it onto the clean dry local. No problems with it falling off. Easy to insert the scent pod. We happen to have a Simple Human large trash can (for reference on sizing, brand not needed to work), this works even on that size. My only wish is that there were more than two pods with the initial stick on. Not a big deal, I’m ordering refills again now. Buy? YES

Followed directions for sticking it to lid. It fell into the garbage the next day. I fished it out of the garbage two times before it was lost for good. Not worth the money at all.

Purchased this for my kitchen trash can. Works well as far as I can tell. Wish it had more fragrance. I have to be careful though when I empty my onside can! I accidently hit the deodorizer and it went into the bag I was emptying. Due to the high price if this I rummaged through the trash to find it! So be careful! It won't re stick so I had to come up with 2 way adhesive. Otherwise I like the concept

This has worked soooo well on the most problematic small space. I honestly can’t believe it. NOTHING we tried worked. The odor from our trash can is eliminated and there is a light scent from the oils. I’m a believer - this is a great product.

These are hit and miss. Sometimes I notice a strong smell, sometimes I don’t notice a smell at all. For the price, they should be consistent in fragrance power and effectiveness. They do remain adhered to the lids and are difficult to remove. Super simple to pop in replacements and last weeks taking up very little room.

This is a great product. It really works. I don’t know why there are complaints that it doesn’t stay on. I’ve had no problems and I’ve used them for a long time and have added many refills. I placed them in several trash cans. They do need to be replaced as indicated though they last longer. Highly recommended.

For what it is, the presentation and form factor of these odor eliminators make the product simple to use, unobtrusive, and they just work. Since I’ve started using these I have not had to experience smelly garbage.

They work, bins stay fresh..little on the expensive side.
