A: I have about 30 of these hoodies. They don’t shrink unless you wash them several times in super hot water. Then maybe. I would get an xsmall or small. Depends on weight also.

A: It is straight Kelly Green/Irish Green. It's NOT turquoise - don't believe the reviews that say the color looks like the picture. I made that mistake, and it's going back!
