I normally never write reviews for items, but thought this was an exception. I haven’t necessarily noticed differences to my hair or skin, but when I started taking these, my nails immediately became less brittle and more healthy and long. When I went off of them for a month and started taking Biotin, they stared breaking and peeling. I went back on these pills and my nails quickly found life again Great find!

I've always cared about my skin and nails....to me it's all skin, the largest organ. The rest of my family members....not so much. It's hard to get all the nutrients I'm used to getting into everyone else and that's enough reason to supplement. This company has great customer service so I keep ordering from them. Great products for a great price....what else would you ask for?!!!

Finally finished the whole bottle after taking it as directed. I didn't really see any difference.

EXCELLENT product! I have a lot of grey in my hair and keeping it covered or keeping my highlights maintenanced is quite a challenge with this product LOL. If I had to put a number on it as far as growth, I would say about 1/8 to 1/4 inch in about 9 days for me 😁

I am on auto delivery because I really do like this product. Quality, price, and very easy to swallow are just some of the reasons. And I feel it is working!!
