It works well for maintaining your blood pressure!
Noticed a difference in my blood pressure shortly after I started taking it (about a week). I Take my BP almost daily now and it is not high anymore. I take no medications for my BP and I really didn’t want to. My systolic BP went from averaging 140 to 120. It works! I’m not afraid to take my blood pressure now!
