Love this paint!
I absolutely love this paint! The Ivory is a tiny bit darker than I hoped, but I still love it! I was going to get annie Sloan, but the price for a quart is about $15 more than this brand, so I decided to try it out and I'm so happy that I did! I have tons of other furniture I plan on refinishing and will definitely be going with this brand again. I was able to refinish my entire piano with 1 quart of this (every last drop was used!). My piano was SUPER dark and I was nervous that I'd need 3 coats, but 2 coats was perfect! I've added a before and after pic of my piano that I refinished.

Love this paint!!
I recently just finished my Oak kitchen cabinets with Renaissance Chalk Paint in Old Linen. I had done lots of research and decided to try this product and so happy that I did! I did not want a super white color and Old Linen was exactly what I was looking for. I'm so ready to try more projects with this paint! Also Renaissance Paint was very responsive to any questions/inquiries I had. Great customer service!Brightened my kitchen up so much and I love it!

Very happy, pictures to follow!
Loved this paint! It was my first time using a chalk paint and I am hooked. So much easier to not sand and prime your work first. I painted some old endtables using Ivory Tower because the Snow White seemed to white for creating an antique look, which I was aiming for. I will post pictures for color reference. I ordered the dark wax but after I distressed the table I didn't feel the need to use it as the dark wood came through nicely already. What I learned::I would NOT wax the item before distressing ever again. I wasted a lot of clear wax. I painted 2 coats (it was plenty), clear waxed, distressed the tables & then clear waxed again because it was "suggested" but it was a waste of wax and I had to order more. To me, the wax protects the item better from harsh distressing but it created obvious unwaxed areas where I had distress the wood making me have to really go back and wax those specific areas then again wax the whole piece to make it even. In the future, I will just distress lightly then wax after I was finished to seal & protect the item. Again still a beginner but I read a lot of reviews and I hope this helps!

AaammmaZing!!!!!
This was a great choice for my project!!! I am new to chalk paint and I’ve used another brand recently and it worked well, however didn’t have the color option I needed for this project. I came across this brand during my search and Sooo glad I did! I little goes a long way and it definitely does not require primer. However, I was going from a very dark to a light color and wanted the paint to really Stick! I sanded a little of the top of my nightstand (you don’t have to) but I did because my nightstand had residue of body oils and perfumes etc…very light minimal sanding and I wiped the whole thing down thoroughly with a little soapy dawn dish sip water to get rid of dust and Debris . Then I wiped it down again with just water…let it dry.I primed it with 1 coat nothing serious and began to paint with the Ivory tower!! Very beautiful color by the way, I let it dry and it was easy to use.Side note* I used a brush for all corners, feet, edges and a small roller for the top and sides. Then I remembered I saw a few YouTube videos that said a little water stretches it and makes it even more to spread. I poured a little chalk paint in a separate container with just a LITTLE water. Do this in a separate container not in the container it goes in, because whatever is left over for use at a later time can “spoil” mold etc..so in separate tray and the little bit of water I applied a second coat all over and sheesh this made it go on like butter! Talk about smoothhh sheesh I was impressed and wondered why I didn’t use water the first coating, but honestly I think it was better to use its full consistency for the first coating and only use the batch with a little water for the second coating. It dries fast, did not disappoint at all and looks great. I used polyurethane the varathane brand in satin for the top coat and it did not yellow. I read a few reviews and people said theirs yellowed. I did a test area (which I would recommend on your desired piece) to insure it doesn’t yellow. I’m highly satisfied and will be painting my other nightstand and big dresser next!!! Happy DIY :)

Love this paint!
Best chalk paint I have used hands down. The only prep I did was warm water with a little bit of mild soap to wash any residue off the wood and let dry for a few minuets. The piece I wanted to redo has been in the family for over 50 years and I was a little worried if I would ruin it. However, the paint went on smooth and is a full coverage paint. I originally thought I was going to have to do two coats because the wood was almost a dark cherry, but only had to do one coat! The paint drys flat but once you put the clear wax it was super smooth with a slight shine. Then I added the dark wax to antique the piece. The best part is that if you mess up or put too much dark wax, you can go over it with clear wax again. I cannot wait to do the other four pieces to this bedroom set! Also, my neighbor loved the piece when it was done and now wants to do her kitchen cabinets with this paint as well. (see the before and 2 after pictures)

Retique It Ivory Tower Chalk Paint
Decided to redo all my cherrywood furniture from The Bombay Company from 30 years ago to get a fresh look. Started with my two bight stands. The small 16 ounce covered both nightstands and my curtain rod and braces and finials.Waiting for more to do dresser and lingere chest. I paint with a heavy hand, it likely would have gone even further if I had painted lighter or even thinned with a bit of water but my first attempt and am happy with results.Used Retique it stain on top and 2 clear coats of polycrylic and spray painted the hardware. Huge change!

Excellent product!
Excellent product! I have used it to paint cabinets and it looks fantastic! Easy to use and really nice coverage - I do recommend using a primer and giving the cabinets a good clean beforehand. Saved myself $$$$.

Sent wrong colour but paint is alright
The paint itself is good but I ordered Gothic grey and they sent me Greystone. I already used half by the time I realized.
