This is a gorgeous light fixture. It seems like a great value for the money. The only thing I don’t completely love is that to shorten it, you have to tie knots in the rope. This is a cute idea in theory, but I need to hang it close to the ceiling. Overall, though, worth every penny. It’s completely charming.

I bought two for the room. And though I prefer something bigger and more dramatic I had to keep it conservative cause the room’s second “matching” light placement is a bit awkward. So if I went big it would have been an eyesore in the second location. I have received nothing but compliments and though I wish it was twice the size, I know I am better off just the way they are for now with two fixtures in one room without high ceiling and beams!

While our space is not completely finished, I had to share an update! These lights are absolutely perfect! They were assembled, easy to install and compliment our space beautifully!

Perfect for my office!!

The beads are a good size and weight - they are not cheap-looking. I was surprised at the weight of the metal. It looks and feels well-made. The cord it hangs from looks very nice. It appears to be hemp rope twisted around the actual cord, but it is tight enough so that the cord does not show through at all. The cord seemed long to me. It measured 37 1/2" from the fixture to the plate it hangs from. Instructions say it can be shortened by knotting, but that seems like a lot of knotting. Our biggest disappointment was discovering that it takes candelabra base bulbs. I must have missed that in the description. My daughter was hoping to use this to light her room. On installation we discovered the knotting instructions didn't go so well. In doing this the wires were visible through the hemp (photo). When we untied the knots, the wires at the end had decided to change locations to further down the line (photo). My daughter wound the cord around itself to shorten it (photo), which worked out fine. Installation would have been okay except for the plate that was already on our ceiling. We will have to change that since it was too large for this fixture. I'm not sure what kind of bulbs are intended for use with this. The candelabra that we purchased actually stick out past the beads, but I guess since it's towards the ceiling no one will notice that much? Otherwise, it looks nice and daughter is happy.

This chandelier is WAY better than I could have ever imagined! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this when compared to the price. If you’re hesitating about ordering it, don’t, just do it!

This boho, shabby chic light is one of my favorite purchases for my bathroom remodel. I hung over the tub and it is 100%.
