I had a hard time finding a blood pressure cuff that would fit my larger upper arm comfortably, but this XXXL cuff worked perfectly. The cuff feels durable, attaches easily to my monitor, and provides a secure fit without being too tight. The included connectors made it simple to find the right match for my blood pressure machine. Since switching to this cuff, my readings have been much more consistent and comfortable to take. Needed an affordable small cuff for my 4 year old. This fits perfectly, works just fine with our Equate machine. Came with a bunch of adapters but the one already in it is the one that worked, so I didn’t have to change it!

Works great; however, the cuff itself is way too small for me to use. I need at least a large cuff (preferably an extra large) for it to work properly. I don’t know how I made the mistake. The random set of end pieces allows me to use an older cuff I had laying around.

Was looking for a big cuff for mum cause standard of omron and microlife didnt work for her from what we have here in Tbilisi and was so excited when I found 66cm and ordered it and took it to her right away .And was soooo much dissapointed 😕 😔 😞 😪 .It gave all the wrong datas. Got so scared , first it was 203 , then 97/36 .Will attach photos .I so much wanted it to work :(.Really, really upset for big arm its not working. Not a good quality .If you are thinking and have the same problem try to find a proper brand if anyone has the same problem with the size. Tried different times and different ways .Asked to throw it away as this wrong measure can lead to bad results and wrong med intake and to smth worse ! Dont buy it.

This replacement BP cuff WORKS!Quite a few have written unflatteringly about this item, causing me hesitation, procrastination, ambivalency & reluctancy to a point where I almost gave up on purchasing this particular BP cuff.However, after careful examination of the seller's photos of the item & comparisons with others — MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE ONES! — I noted very few differences & a few of the other "name brands" looked identical to this one & were DOUBLE-TO-TRIPLE the cost of this one.So, I took my "lottery money" & bet on this BP cuff! … aaannnddd WON!!!What a great product!:①→ DURABLE! / WELL-MADE!②→ ACCURATE!③→ and →ADAPTERS!← … one very important "in-line adapter" that allowed me to DIRECTLY connect this replacement BP cuff hose/tube to my old BP monitor's hose/tube [a very popular BP monitor that I bought LONNNNGGG ago at Costco, a Life-Source UA-767 Plus by A&D Medical]! This extended my monitor's reach to almost the length of the one at my doctor's office: it added 22 inches to my old hose's 24-inch length, and I now have a hose that's 46 inches LONNNNGGG! AWESOME!And, "Oh my", is this replacement BP cuff ever sensitive! — even at 46 inches (combined hoses length) away!Accuracy?, you may ponder? Lo devolving, pues las lecturas eran muy diferentes a las tomadas con El brazalete original. Se compro solo porq keda mejor en brazos gordos.
