This mask is well made. It does reduce puffiness and my face feels great every morning!!!!

I got this for my hot flashes. I don’t sweat so much as I feel like my face/neck have a sunburn, or I have a fever. The face mask gives me relief on bad hot flashes days or times when wine triggers one. I havent tried using it for puffiness. I will say don’t use it right out of the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for five minutes or so. Or keep it in the fridge instead.

Love the way this cools my face. I got it because my eyes were puffy/ swollen from allergies. I keep it in the zip top bag it came with in the refrigerator so I can use it anytime I need it. It truly does help.

I purchased this because of some dental work I’d had done which got infected causing swelling along my lower face, jaw and going down onto neck. The model’s hands obscured the bottom of the mask slightly. I thought it extended under the chin. It still worked well for what i wanted and I used the eye mask for underneath my chin. It did take longer than the 10-15 seconds it said to heat in microwave but that could have been because of my smaller size microwave. But it maintained its warmth a lot longer than I expected. And I really like that it can be used for heat and cold. All in all a great product that I would definitely recommend. I ordered it same day delivery with a 5-10 pm delivery window and in the earlier part of that window, I think by 6pm.
