I bought this PCOS supplement from Health Veda Organics for my wife. She’s been struggling with PCOS for years — irregular periods, frequent breakouts, mood swings, and constant fatigue. It was tough seeing her go through all that, and we had already tried a bunch of lifestyle changes, but nothing really gave lasting relief. After reading about the importance of Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol in the right 40:1 ratio, I decided to give this one a try. It also has folate and vitamin D, which are great additions. She’s been taking it regularly for a few weeks now, and honestly, there’s been a visible difference. Her periods have started getting more regular, her skin has cleared up a bit, and emotionally too, she seems a lot more stable and relaxed. Even the small things like her energy levels improving — it all matters. Really happy with this purchase. It’s become a helpful part of her daily routine now, and we’ll definitely continue using it. If your partner is going through something similar, I’d genuinely recommend giving this a try.

This is NOT Good. I used it for almost 3 months. Nothing changed. ZERO stars.

Since I am a pcod patient I can really understand the pain of other patients. I have been diagnosed with PCOS since my childhood. Multiple medication course recommended by doctors chosen by me to treat the disease but nothing worked. I got my periods by using medicines and was very painful. Recently I missed my periods from 3months and my health also got deteriorated irrespective of healthy diet and exercises. I got acne, facial hair growth (since I have mild PCOS this wasn't never happened to me except those 3months)mood swings,excess hair loss,irritability etc. I got to know the PCOS symptoms again and was again required to follow doctors remedy. But this time I hadn't went to see the doctors and decided to take a try of this supplement. But before that I researched a lot on PCOS and I got hit to try once a time as it is ayurvedic and has no side effects. And yes it is effective! Within five days of 2 time usage(one tab after breakfast and one after dinner) I got my periods and was completed on 6th day. If you are pcod patient and tired of using those anti androgenic medicine(progesterone tabs suggested by doctors) then please try it a once. Note-1- please continue your supplement during periods 2- please change your lifestyle- maintain your health and balance diet, cut your sugar additives( you can have pure honey instead of sugar)do exercise and have plenty of waters and fluids. Currently I am taking these supplements and feeling good and my mood also get stablised, acnes are gone, facial hairs had shedded and hairs are recovering too. Although I am using other tabs for quick hair recovery. Please make research yourself first and then make decision, don't solely rely on these comments only. Thank you!
