The powder works as advertised and turns liquid into a gel, making transport easier. It does eliminate some smell, but not all of it. The plastic pouch it comes in is actually handy.

This product absolutely works and absorbed way more liquid than we thought it would. Has a pleasant citrus scent. Would recommend you change out often though because it only contains odor for about 24 hours. Good value for the price.

Did not smell the lavender. Tried smelling it before using, to see how strong it was. Nothing. Most definitely did not smell it after using it. I normally have a very high sense of smell and had others in my camp group smell the opened packet. They didn’t smell it either. Pretty disappointed. I added these packets to my toilet bags that come prefilled with powder from Walmart. Didn’t feel like it added much extra support or odor relief. I also tried using more than one packet to see if any change, only helped a little in absorption, no odor control
