Does the pen ink come off in water or with sun cream? Thanks

I used permanent marker and it didn't come off when my kids were in the sea

Will this fit a 10 year old?

I cannot answer this question, as I have a 3 and a 6 year olds, and they both are very tiny. Not sure.

Going on holiday next year and will be spending pretty much all day in the pool and sea, will the writing still be visible?

I recommend ypu take the pen and rewrite occasionally.
