This doll is perfect , for out of box collectors like my self she has plastic under her clothes to prevent staining so she’s very stiff and had to pose but for in box collectors it’s not a big deal

Box wasn’t damaged. Real authentic packaging. DO NOT GET THIS FOR YOUR KIDS ITS AN 18+ DOLL TO COLLECT! I’m keeping her in the box because she’s special! I love her. Price was alright too!

As a collector, you always want a nice box, this one came damaged. I should have held off waiting to see if they got more, but no, I bought there supposively last one. The doll is pretty and the box is pretty cool, but it's damaged. When I went to write my review, I rechecked their site and now that have 6 dolls, I should have waited. Live and learn.

Came well packaged and shipped safely! Honestly she’s so stunning and worth the money, I was hesitant buying due to previous dolls coming damaged but this seller bubble wrapped, plus paper wrapped it! Honestly so happy 😃

Absolute beautiful doll. A lot of care went into her design and the shoe sculpt is amazing. Cannot fault the delivery. The was carefully packed inside multiple boxes and tissue paper. Unfortunately there is mark where her face is which is disappointing, I would have expected better quality control for a collector's item. I spoke with customer service who were so lovely and helpful, very quick to respond to my concerns. I received some compensation for the mark which I am very grateful for.
