does what it says. blasted 900°c of hot air and it was perfectly fine, with my table being perfectly fine. it was big enough for a ps5 motherboard, and the larger screw cubbys were nice. would probably be much nicer for someone working on phones, but it was still great for my use case. would buy a slightly bigger one next time!

Got this S-130 size and it's perfect for what I wanted. I don't always need too much surface coverage which my bigger one from another brand I have has. I got this smaller one for simpler smaller projects and I love it. It does what is designed to do and still has some organizing areas on the sides will staying compact so your not loosing on any of those. Buy it.

Great mat . I use it for soldering and electronics . It doesn't burn when the iron hits it. The little utility spots for screws and parts is a nice touch. It's grippy and easy to throw on my table to use.

We have never heard of this type of mat. The description is good and we thought we should give it a try. Ordered the smallest size for my husband's occasional electrical/precision tasks. The mat is very flexible and feel like a good quality piece. No assembly needed, just roll it out. The many compartments on the matt is quite organized (which I like) but does not work for my husband. He feels like most of the working space on the mat is occupied by these compartments that he will never use. If you do precision work with many tiny parts, these grids/compartments are fantastic.

I will update this if I find any issues going forward, but having said that for the price of 26$ and it including a static bracelet and 2 precision grips along with the mat even if the magnetism turns out to be less than perfect the design is still awesome. The ruler at the bottom shows imperial and metric and is super handy, all of the screw drop points are labeled, everything is more or less and some of the screw containers are magnetized although some have criticized the strength of the magnets... some have pointed out it is not ESD resistant, I will do some tests and research on this, but so long as you are safe and practice proper precautions that you would do on most other surfaces I don't think that is a valid argument as they don't claim ESD just "static resistant" and to be fair... the mat itself won't get damaged by static so it is true. I will update this if I find anything wrong but it really does seem like a great deal, I chose this one despite the price because of the screw drop designed in containers locations and the ruler on the mat as well as the tool slots, the design is awesome and it is cheap... if you want something larger than most things you would ever need for soldering purposes or if you want perfect magnets or containers that close etc you shouldn't buy a 26$ mat expecting what you would get for a premium good that costs way more. This is large enough to work with my rather large laptop on it in the event I for some reason needed to do that instead of embedded systems work I could albeit my laptop would be slightly off the mat or covering portions of the mat, and I have a pretty big laptop. In no instance would my laptop need to touch a surface other than the mat though, even if it's hanging off the side the Matt is so thick it wouldn't touch the table the mat is on. You can see the magnets locations on the back and the slots they are located on are labeled on the top, also if you are wondering why most mats are this color and want to buy a black or Grey mat.... they are this color and some yellow because it makes it easy to find electronic pieces and screws as Grey's, blacks, etc stand out color wise better contrasting the mat.

Nice mat. I have used it many times now and I am very happy with it. It stops my bench from getting burnt from my soldering iron, and I like that it is non-slip and contains small items from getting lost.
