Does this work with no top teeth or dentures?

No. My lips relax, when I fall asleep, and block the air hole and can only breathe through my nose. Needs to have more height.

Is the same mouth piece that's on the SleepTight website?

I’m not sure. But I can tell you it did not work for me. It tore through the top mold and the bottom mold never got strong enough to hold my jaw.
