Therefore, unfortunately, I can not comment on these aspects in this review. Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these fermented Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane and Reishi ‘Myco Blend’ capsules from Living Nutrition, and am highly likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

These certainly seem like a unique product which I haven't seen before. It certainly seems good quality - you can smell the capsules strongly and they have the characteristic sour smell, they're Soil Association certified so you know the organic claim is true, and they're made in the UK so I do trust them. I do wonder how effective the benefits can be in a freeze-dried product though - can the bacteria really survive that? I haven't had any negative or positive effects so I wouldn't buy them again, as they didn't seem to really make any difference, but they do seem good quality and they could be worth a try.

This is a combination of Lions Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps. It's interesting as this is using a fermentation process to increase the biovailability of the mushrooms. It's also has Reishi Spores which contain lots more nutrition than the fruiting body. So in essence you are getting 3 powerful mushrooms with a fermentation process plus Reishi spores which would really improve the effectiveness of this supplement. There are no other added fillers or ingredients and it uses organic and high quality ingredients. No side effects for me when using this and the fermented mushroom concept looks very promising. Looks like a very well formulated and high quality supplement.

This is a good product. From the raw processing, GMO free, vegan and organic as well as plastic-free. I am excited about the Kefir-Kombucha processing too. As per my experience, no adverse side effects noticed. I can't say about any instantaneous effect on me but the product is easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I will update if there's a need.
