I am so thankful I ordered it, especially NOW with having to work from home! I was experiencing bad headaches and neck strain as I could not position my computer properly for the ergonomics. THis allowed me to raise it up higher AND tilt, to several different angles, which was immensely helpful. On the laptop, of course you can angle your screen, but hsi gives more options to change the angles as you may get the eye fatigue, neck straining, adn headaches. it made all the difference. ALSO, it is nice and wide so my laptop fits on it perfectly, with enough room to use a mouse if I want. I have also used it for reading in bed, and doing art work. NOTE: the "LIP" hold the computer in perfect place, does NOT shift. I can type just fine. Because it has this lip, when I do art work, the pens and pencils I use don't roll around. It's extremely handy, lightweight folds up perfectly, no assembly required, with one MINOR exception, where they have another rubber "lip" if you want to use, on the right side if you wanted to use the mouse, or put a pen there, you it you just pop it in. It arrived immediately.

Update: after 5 years of daily use, still in perfect condition. Great for having meals on sofa/bed (pretty easy to clean with a damp cloth if it gets dirty). I also use an overheating laptop on it almost daily and it has not damaged the table's material despite the repeated heat exposure. Much more durable than I expected, I thought I would have to replace it by now but it's still going strong. After 5 years of daily use and regular cleaning (with a wet cloth or disinfectant wipe), the only visible wear is if you look closely at the brand name printed on it, otherwise no signs of discoloration, damage or wear and tear. original review: Much lighter than I expected I love that the table is very light and easily transported on and off the bed, despite me being injured. I love how adjustable it is though don't know how long the adjustability will last. The mechanisms are plastic and might get worn out and break. I love the stoppers and how you change them. It would be great if there was another lower stopper (like the mouse stopper) for the laptop because the intended stopper is much too high to type comfortably with. In fact, I would actually buy an extra mouse stopper if possible. The higher stopper was perfect for my textbook (you can see in the image I've attached). It made studying much more comfortable and relaxing. I'm very happy with overall. Worth the price, in my opinion, even if it only last a few years. (If it doesn't last at least a couple years, it would be upsetting). Update: 2 years later, still holding up great with daily use (fold and unfold almost every day). Very durable. Would definitely recommend.

TLDR; sturdiness is questionable. Very functional table, you definitely want to get the larger size. Don't be an idiot like me and purchase this at $68. Buy this at high $40s or low $50s instead. * Color is pretty good. Wish they had modern mid-century color look because my room has modern mid-century furnitures. * No assembly required, it came assembled. * Table is big enough to put a mouse as well with my MacBook Pro 13". * I live in a tiny studio, so no dining table. Eat on the floor. I'm able to eat with this table. Put a towel on top to keep it clean, and that's it. * Easy to adjust the height and angle. * Leg room is great. I was able to work on my bed and floor. I'm even able to play some moba game on the floor with this table. * The sturdiness is what is lacking here. Even eating with this table on the floor is a bit wobbly. I'm always a bit afraid that I might tip the table over. This is tough because it correlates with the weight itself. If they made it heavier, it would probably be sturdier, but would I like it more if it's heavier? I don't know. It's even worse on bed than on the floor of course, but it's ok. * So far, the table has been very functional in my life. Had it not been, I would probably give this 2 or 3 stars. I'm giving this 4 star mainly because of its sturdiness (wobbly). I bought this at $68. I think the lowest is around high $40s? So, yeah, don't be stupid like me. Wait until it's high $40s or low $50s.

I'm a full time student currently doing distance learning. I had a cheap little plastic lap desk with a bean bag type padding underneath of it. It was awful. I decided to purchase this particular lap desk after reading many reviews and size dimensions on other lap desks. This is truly awesome. I love that I can break away from my regular desk and kitchen island and be able to study on the couch, on the floor, outside, and even in my truck! It is incredibly portable and versatile. I can set my laptop beside me and the lap desk fits my text books and notebook perfectly. The legs are adjustable in height which is really nice. I often will place the lap desk on my kitchen island at it's lowest height and it allows me to comfortable stand to do school work and not have to bend over or be sitting. The top also tilts to make it more comfortable to read, type or take notes. I use this feature a lot when I'm typing. The little rubber stoppers that come with it keep my laptop from sliding off the desk. I love that the legs fold under it! It allows me to stash it behind the couch or behind my desk so that it is out of the way, and out of sight. I'm a very bottom heavy pear shape. My hips are 55inches and I can sit indian style under the desk comfortably, but there isn't any extra room and the legs are touching the outside of my thighs, but I'm not putting excessive pressure on them. When I sit with my legs straight, the desk fits with extra room. I can even cross one leg over the other and be comfortable. However, I do notice on my couch, that the legs are the same width as the cushions, so both feet of the legs line up with the spaces that seperate the couch cushions. Even with the desk fully extended to it's maximum height, it's still too low. How I fix this is by simply sitting on the space between cushions, or (I have a sectional) by sitting on the corner cushion. So over all there's really only 2 negatives I can think of regarding this particular lap desk: 1. It's the same width as couch cushions. Which isn't a deal breaker for me because I use it in so many other places. 2. The little rubber stoppers are kind of a pain to keep track of. It comes with little square stoppers that you can use to fill in the holes if you don't want to use the laptop and mouse stopper. So if you know you won't be using the rubber pieces to keep your laptop and mouse from sliding off when the top is tilted, disregard this one. If you DO want to use those, it's a pain to keep track of the little square plugs that fill the holes and the two rubber stoppers when they're not in use. It would be nice if the desk would have some sort of storage component built it to hold these and maybe something else, like pens. I haven't lost any of the pieces yet, but I feel like it's only a matter of time. All in all, this is a really nice lap desk! Adjustable height, tiltable top, it's very sturdy and doesn't tip over from the weight of my laptop, or feel cheap at all, and it's easy to store. It doesn't fit in a back pack, but it's easy to throw in the truck and carry into the library if I want to bring it. I like that I'm able to stand and do school work as I hate feeling like I'm constantly sitting. If your looking for a lap desk, I'd definitely recommend this one.

I originally ordered this as it seemed the best of all the options - price point was right, the dimensions correct for a laptop / mouse / legs beneath it and the ease of tilting and extended the legs seemed as simple as it gets. I bought this for my girlfriend who works from home and sometimes prefers to work in bed as opposed to her office. Anyway, it arrived quickly and all my research based on reviews and picture comparisons proved to be correct. There was just one thing missing - the mouse wrist pad on the right. Even at the slightest tilt, naturally you need it to keep the mouse from sliding off. I contacted the company as Amazon advised and only requested the wrist piece I was missing. Their Customer Service was fast and thorough.. Instead of sending the missing piece, they sent a brand new unit, at no cost to me, and let me keep the original. I don't think you can expect much more from a company, and now with the wrist pad the table works flawless. It's also incredibly easy to fold up and put away. First I was looking at the wooden laptop table options but those seem to require adjustments to each of their 4 legs to change the height and their tilt angles are far too extreme. If you're laying in bed you really don't need more than 15 degrees of tilt. This raises and locks in place and tilting it takes about 10 seconds (tilt and lock in place). All in all a great product but more importantly to me - a company that made good on its mistake at no hassle to me. Buy it, you will not regret it!

Great little table to use in a comfy recliner chair and it's not too wide. I use it angled down to hold crochet instructions or for reading, then folds away and stores next to chair when not in use. Wish it came with 2 book stops that were the same instead of being 2 types. Would like the option to have one long stop that fits the 4 holes drilled into the table.

I chose my table very carefully and it paid off big time. I am glad and want you to be too. That's why I wrote this review. I went primarily by reviews and the video of how the Nearpow functions. Well, truth be told--I hopped right into bed with this table. How did things go you ask? I'm not one to kiss and tell but I am 6' tall and was able to comfortably cross my legs (yoga style) underneath. Someone with plus-sized legs should do great. The table is a perfect size for comfort and productivity. My purposes for using this table are multifold now. If you watch Nearpow's video you will be able to see how one can rearrange the "ledges" for right or left handed people. These pieces are meant to be moved around or removed. There is no permanence in what you decide--they may be interchanged as often as you wish. It will be a perfect meal-in-bed tray since they provide plastic hole coverings for the "ledges". Nearpow's engineer put some serious thought into this table. It's easy to adjust and manipulate for purposes like those I mentioned and it looks great to boot! I am quite frankly amazed at this things overall versatility and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product in general. There are two types of fake wood in my opinion. Good and bad. This is good fake wood. My son is a plastics engineer and consequentially, I have an understanding of what high quality polymer looks like when I see it. Nearpow spared no expense in making this noteworthy product. I feel comfortable giving the Nearpow four stars for sturdiness. It exceeds what my expectations had been. I do not anticipate having any issues with it either. Obviously, I'm very pleased with my purchase. It isn't often that I get this enthusiastic about something so basic. Simply perfect and appropriately priced (I would have paid twice as much for the Nearpow if had seen it in person) considering the quality and flexibility Nearpow is a No-brainer. If you have gotten this far into my unpaid review, then I just want to emphasize that this table should work for long legged people like myself. Congratulations! You have truly reached the end of my Nearpow review. Hopefully, I will save someone from deliberating over which table to buy as there are more of them than we would have thought, right? My first impression when I opened the box was how beautiful the dark warm gray wood pattern top was. Not your typical computer ugly silver or black. Something I wouldn't mind leaving out in my living room. For that reason alone it gets stars. It also feels very sturdy and I have enough leg room. The reason I picked this tray was hands down the fact I could customize where I placed the computer on the tray and that I didn't want the separate mouse pad off on the side. I wasn't stuck only having my computer forced to the left as many other trays make you to do. The only problem you can see in my second picture. My MacBook Pro 13" does not fit on the tray if I have the wrist guard in place and I want the computer on the left. I can't move it over anymore to the right without it sitting crooked on the tray due to the placement of the wrist guard. You sure couldn't put a larger computer on here as well. If I remove the wrist guard I could then move the computer over so it has a bit more room on the left side but the mouse could also slide off if the top is tilted. It does however fit fine if I have the computer in the center position. In this position there still is enough room to use the mouse but again it can slide off if the tray is tilted. The last problem with this is it just doesn't adjust up high enough. Now the height is fine if I'm sitting with the computer over my lap. I would also like to use the tray to hold my iPad when I'm reading. If it went up one more notch or even two that would help. I would be able to really get my iPad up high enough so I don't have to bend my head down when reading. The way it is now it just isn't high enough to do this.

Are use this every day and it has never let me down. It is easy to carry, easy to store, easy to adjust and looks great! It is quite sturdy for how light it is. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to use the computer on a sofa or on the bed.

I wish I can rate with no stars. After very long waiting, and reminders sent to the supplier, I just received a cheap looking laptop tray, which is listed in amazon for 35 AED, while I paid much more for this. The item received is not as what described, and it dosen't have the recline and height adjustment, and it is totally a different cheaper product. I had made my purchase decision based on the product reviews in here... strange how many satisfied customer with this supplier! Returning it.

I use this on my bed, working like charm

Easy to open, adjust, use, close and put away. Very light. Extremely handy and comfortable to put across my legs and work on my laptop, sitting in bed or on the floor ( those are the two places that I use this table ). Very happy with the product.
