This thing is amazing, I do massage therapy for a living so having this to help relieve my shoulder tension is great after a full day of work.I like that this has four spinners instead of just two because it addresses more area at one time. You can recline onto it which is great but I wish they would make one I could fully lay on especially for my lower back and glutes.I’ve had mine for 4 years and it’s just now showing wear and tear. I’m going to be buying a new one soon!

The designers were thoughtful in the desigyof this product. It is effective and the motor is powerful for me, but if put most of my bodywrieon it the motor cannot function - so partially lying on it is okay.Kind of a beast with its thoroughness, which I like.

In the beginning, I wasnt sure I liked it, but it has definitely grown on me. I have used this thing for hours at a time for over a year and absolutely love it. I like that I can move it around to the places I need it most. I use it mostly for my back and neck and sometimes on my thighs. I have also used it on my abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. I appreciate it's versatility. I have a lot of stress related tension, and this has helped tremendously.Downsides are the cord attachment is too close to the device so it will frequently come undone as im moving it around, and depending on where I'm using it at the time, it can be annoying. Also seems like I spend a while finding the sweet spot, and once I do the 20 minutes is up and I have to move position to turn it back on again. Having a remote would be nice. The fabric has also come undone, but I've honestly abused this thing so I'm not surprised, and it still works fine. It will quit rotating if it gets too hot, but after giving it a break to cool off, it will start back up again. At this point I don't think I could live without it. Great product.

My lower back likes to stiffen up and hurt if it doesn't receive some kind of a massage on a regular basis.We were thinking of buying a full-sized massage chair. I used to work in a building with free massage chairs. I miss them. After some research, I discovered that not only are the good massage chairs very expensive, but they also like to break down and require maintenance.Enter, this nifty little back massager. Yes, it doesn't operate in the same league as a full-on massage chair. It's a bit more tedious to use. It doesn't crack my back the way an excellent massage chair does. But it is also only a small fraction of the price. For what it costs, it packs quite a punch.When I first started playing around with the Zyllion back massager, I had to experiment with how much of my body weight I can put on it. If you put too much weight on it, it overheats more quickly. But oh, when I am lying on my back and it hits the right spots on my shoulders or on my lower back... I'm in heaven. And sometimes in a bit of pain - in a good way.One thing this little massager can do that a massage chair can't: reaching all sorts of weird angles. A full-sized massage chair has relatively fixed mechanics. In contrast, the Zyllion Shiatsu Back massager can be placed anywhere on my body. Back. Front. Sides. The insides of my knees. Wherever.I like this device so much that I bought one for my Mom too.

It was an ok purchase. Great for when you really need a quick back massage, but limited in what areas you can put it on. I can never seem to get it to feel comfortable on any part of my neck, and only a few spots on my back. I can see this working for bigger backs than mine. My shoulder blades don't seem wide enough to make this comfortable on most parts of my back. The discription doesn't tell you it operates on 3 modes that you can't change. It starts with matched rotation in one direction, and after a few minutes switches to an alternating rotation in the opposite direction for a few minutes, and then alternating again but going the other direction. It has good pressure, and can get into a muscle fairly deep, with the rotating bits only slowing down a little. The heating feature is great for the lower back for intense cramps. Solid construction. An ok purchase on the whole. Biggest issues are it not fitting my body, and not being able to control the direction of the rotating parts. Would definitely be good for larger backs.

Saw this at a friends place and had to buy one. This is one of those things where you don't know you need it unless you have it.Did some searching and comparing before buying and similar massager can be bought for almost half the price from other brands on Amazon. This brand is the most popular (google and Amazon both show that) and this model is the newer one with extra rollers - which sealed the deal for me.Unit itself is built well. Comes packed in a sealed plastic bag (didn't get returned merch). Stiching and finishing is pretty good and both wall and car connectors are included.Usage is straight forward - join the wall connector to tail of massage pillow - push till it clicks; and then plug to wall outlet. Single press starts heat and roller, single press to switch heat on/off. Long press to power off.For a 12V motor this packs a punch and sounds pretty quiet for the weight its pulling. It's audible but not distracting.Rotating balls work as promised and I am impressed so far with the quality and comfort.Would recommend !

Very unhappy. There’s no heat. When I lean on it , it makes a weird noise like I’m putting too much pressure. But barely touching it .. it’s worth is garbage 😡

I have horrible ‘knots’ of tension in my upper shoulders and neck that every masseuse tells me I am the worst they have ever encountered. No one can get my ‘knots’ to ease and release. They are a result of a very bad whiplash injury and, cervical spinal fusion, nerve damage from that surgery, fractured lower lumbar vertebrae, all of which causes me pain! I bought this ShiatsuMassager because it looked effective with eight rotating heads, small enough to travel with and can use when on a long drive to relieve pain and help those knots relax.I tried it out as soon as it arrived and WOW it really digs into those knots! Just what I was hoping for! I wish I could feel the heat though. I thought it had heat? I had to put it away when my daughter called because I told her I was trying out something that I just got and was so excited about it I was going to order her one! She said she was on her way over. She has done some physical therapy for her back and I know this will help her too.

Me lo puse en zona cervicales 6 minutos y acabe con una contractura que tuvo que quitar fisio. Estos aparatos tienen un riesgo alto, las bolas son muy duras...como un fisio cuando aprieta con sus manos, la diferencia es que el fisio sabe donde pone las manos y este aparato te lo pones tu. Las manos del fisio notan donde tienen que apretar, este aparato tiene dos 4 bolas durisimas. Por mi experiencia no lo aconsejo

I bought this unit because I experienced Piriformis Sciatica pain in my right buttock. I read one question/answer that decided I would buy this unit. Person asked if he could sit on it, will it work on buttocks. The Answer was it will work on any part of the body, but they don't recommend sitting on it, rather lay in bed and place it under your buttocks, so your full weight is not applied. Depending on how big you are this could work. Although it did for me, it was still a bit much. Then I tried propping my upper body and head on pillows with the unit under my butt, this felt alot better. Then I turned over onto my stomach and placed it on my butt, I used the velcro straps around my hips to secure it there. In summary, it can be used for your butt and works Great! I'm glad I bought it.

When I first got this massage it was great works very well just what I needed unfortunately yesterday I was using it and there was a sudden pop noise and an awful smell obviously something has broken it the smell was quite pungent so I am scared now to use it again shame as it was going so well.
