Smooth after mixing. I use a promixx shaker. Nothing aggressive. Tastes good and I actually enjoy it with water now. Other brands taste v weak with water. Shame it is a little bit on the proxy side. Not as bad as some of the more well known brands though.

I really like the flavor, find it not to sweet and mixes really well. I have tried other brands but this is my favorite. I feel like it gives me the boost that i need and pre and post exercise.The only problem have is that my wife tried the powder and is now taking so must be good...........
