Just what I needed. It worked perfectly for my Canon EOS. Super easy to use. Just plug and play. I'm not sure of the battery life because I just needed it to charge the battery I already had. It took about 2 hrs to fully charge. A nd fit the battery perfectly. THE QUALITY IS good.

It's very good to purchase something that works as advertised AND appears to be of above-average quality as well. If you need a battery and charger for your vintage SONY camera, this will work well for you.

Its what I did not need and won't ever buy
Tragic and desperate to get a charger for my video mp3 -1080p camera this was a total waste of money and just put it in my junk drawer until this fall and cleaning out I will be sending this item to the dumpster or maybe just say the land fill where time and heat and erosion might dispose of this totally waste of time and money since I did not know that no battery from my video camera would fit this device and it was too late to ask Amazon for a refund or adjustment. Either way buyer read and beware of what your needs are and plan accordingly

We found an old Sony digital camera and my children wanted to use it. Alas, the battery was completely dead but this charger and rechargeable battery did the trick to bring the camera back to life. Very pleased with the price and functionality.
