A: I used sculpey clay and it worked great.

A: 3/4 inch

**Q: Can this be used with play dough?**
A: I don’t see why not as long as the play dough is soft.  I use it with fondant all the time and that’s about the same consistency as play dough.

This is as good as it gets for the price point! It's easy to use and clean, and there are so many shapes for the tip! The one thing is that the tips are a little less sturdy, but that isn't an issue unless you're putting something very hard through. I used polymer clay with it and it worked wonderfully!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works pretty well, but can get stuck

I've been using this extruder with soap dough (which is a similar consistency to clay) and it generally works well, but I've been running into an issue where the top part gets stuck (I guess on the threads?) and is almost impossible to unscrew. Otherwise I would really like this extruder, but it hurts my hands trying to remove the top part when it gets stuck and it's still stuck as I'm writing this review.
