the charms themselves are about 1 inch in length and .5 inches in width. They dangle about an 1.5-2 inches from the earlobe

Q: What are the hooks made out of? I have metal allergies, I can only do silver, gold, platinum or titanium.

I do as well. But I bought a 100pc pack of silver earring hooks and just switch out all earrings just in case.
