Screwed one leg to the sides of our green house and used the to clip in shade cloth. Seem very well made and 5 clips hold up the whole cloth.

Firstly, I bought the wrong size for clipping to 2” pipe (2” is the length of the clips). However, I then had the problem of how to handset 2x 12.5m shadecloth together whilst each 3.6m W was doubled to 1.8m PLUS I had to leave 2.5 unseen each end AND have enough space. These clips made it easy for me to measure and clip where the sewing would start and end. I was then able to clip together the edges to be sewn together all along the 7+m stretch 7cm apart to ensure the edge was perfectly aligned and the shade cloth wouldn’t stretch or go out of whack whilst sewing. Apart from the bending causing havoc with my back it was a fairly simple process that will allow me to sit on a chair and place a small table under the shade cloth whilst I sew one small section at a time moving the table and chair. If I hadn’t bought 2 lots of these clips accidentally the job would be impossible instead of simple. Once sewn the clips will be perfect for clipping the unseen ends of my shade house to some mesh so the bees can enter OR clip the shadecloth on closed when the white moths come. Extremely pleased with my accidental purchase!

Very good value for money, the clips are very sturdy and do a good job fixing the shading in my greenhouse.

I first bought these two years ago. They seem flimsy because they weigh so little, but they are STRONG and DURABLE. Super useful little clips to have around the house and garden. I wouldn't be without them!
