Will it fit on my 1999 honda civic hatchback ?

FYI...……..these screw will fit the 99 Hondas. But...….if you want a better screw, just go to your local hardware store and buy metric screws. They are 6mm thread diameter X 1.00 mm pitch X 10 mm thread length. The one on amazon are Chinese made and are very soft material. The head will strip out easily. Ask for the zinc plated at the hardware store, they resist rust better. Have fun removing the old screws!

Will the wheel shake without the screw being on rotor?

No, not if you tighten the lugs to the 100pounds required. These screws just keep the rotor from moving when the wheel is removed.

Yes. Most rotor mount screws are universal, and some claim that you don't need them, I have also driven w/o until I could get one and was fine. Pretty much holds the rotor in place while you assemble the caliper and pads
