My daughter and myself can’t be without these
The older I got, the heavier a delicious ice cream felt in my tummy. Then my youngest daughter’s belly, also developed a dislike for dairy products. Then our ice cream outing days were kind of ruined, until I decided to give these pills a shot and what a difference they made in our lives. I take them with me everywhere we go. They work miracles in our digestive system. We no longer get the bloating or the stomach aches. We have never felt any type of side effects from this product. I’ve been using this brand because of the effectiveness of the strength. I find them to be an inexpensive treasure. My 10 year old and I get to enjoy our ice creams without fearing that we are going to feel bloated or sick from the dairy. There are other brand, that doesn’t have the same strength and I have been guilty of trying those other brands and they don’t last or have no results whatsoever because they lack the strength that this product has. The lactase enzymes on this product is 9,000 units, compared to 3,000 on other brands. I know that these are the kind of strength that we need, for the kind of upset stomach that my daughter and I suffer, the minute we basically mention ice cream and don’t have the pills. We just don’t take no chances anymore. I just carry them with me everywhere because the bottle it’s small and the pills are small so is the bottle and so portability wise it’s also a plus.

Effective for someone who’s very lactose intolerant
Very effective - paying for the name brand really is worth it! Has a bit of a sweet taste which I like, similar to eating candy.

Absolutely necessary for lactose intolerance! I use two tablets for each serving of ice cream, yogurt etc. zero stomach issues! Great price for quality!

I Can Enjoy Dairy Without Worrying About It Later
Lactaid has been such a convenient product to keep around. I simply take it when I’m going to have dairy, and it makes enjoying some of my favorite foods much easier. I especially like buying the larger package because we actually use these and I don’t want to constantly run out. The individual packaging also makes them easy to keep in my purse when we’re eating away from home.

Very effective
After a very long time I have found an effective supplement to deal with my lactose intolerance. I can now consume whey protein, chai lattes, pizzas, all thanks this product. I can't understand one thing though - why it has to be taken in a dose of 3 pills. Why couldn't they have made a dose of 1 pill ?! Maybe I am missing something.
